Terrible service

I have made two purchases with the wicode , the money came off my rcs account but orders were not processed. I have requested a refund an I'm waiting 6 days an still rcvd nutg. I made another purchase for groceries from pik n pay the wicode was app**** but order didn't go through. I contacted customer services an they transferred me to wrong departments. No one even resolved my query. There's 700 plus due to be refunded back into my account bit I wasted all my airtime contacted rcs.
