Terrible Service

I placed myself under debt review because i went on maternity leave, had no income, never not paid any creditors, could only pay what i could afford but could not handle being called at work all the time. Despite me being under debt review & all my creditors getting this information, i have only now found out that RCS actually handed me over to consumer friend. Besides this not having to be so, i actually managed to pay them off first in March 2011 & May 2011 respectively, considering i started debt review 2 years earlier & it is a 5-6 year process. I managed paying off all my accounts in this year & now have to build up my credit record again. Imagine my shock when i contacted RCS, only to be told i was handed over & i need to wait for 5 years before i can apply again. I have sent several emails to [Email Removed] but not 1 person has bothered getting back to me. i asked a manager or supervisor to get back to me nothing. Neither consumer friend or itc has me flagged as being bad yet i am given this attitude with rcs. I paid you off first because i loved having an rcs card. not impressed at all with service. bank that i paid off this year only gave me platinum crd?
