Terrible Service
I paid up my Cape Union Mart account, which RCS handles. I then requested a settlement letter by calling the contact number on my CUM statement. I then spoke to the RCS call centre, who has all my CUM account details, for a settlement letter. The call centre confirmed that the letter will reach me in 48 hours, which were 2 weeks ago. This morning I called them again and they insisted it was send. I then went to CUM Store and they tried, but with no success. I called CUM Head Office in Barrack Street, Cape Town, who said they will request it from RCS, but I need to email my details to them. This is so unfair, I am not a RCS client, but a CUM account holding customer Cape Union Mart needs to speedily cut their relationship with such an *********** organisation as RCS an relook at their account customers interest.
