Terrible Service
I normally purchase on my account at Chckers Hyper or Game but they do not ask for a budget plan.It normally approves automatically. Everytime i have to call in to do a plan transfer to 36 months. It becomes anoying as i have to wait si long on a call to get assistance.Today i was assisted by Jahaan with reference nunber ********** 02 to have my entire balance transfered to 36 months. Is there no way this could be sorted out please. Could you kindly transfer my entire balance to 36 months please
