Terrible service

<p>RCS has to be the worst financial institution besides one other that I know of I have been experiencing some financial difficulties however payments was made every month on all my accounts in pericular my Makro account although in arrears I made installments full payments yet they still send account to legal and I refuse to speak to those people and having to pay unnecessary collection fees </p>
