Terrible *********** Staff

I have been receiving endless messages stating I must pay for something that was settled in August last year. I emailed them on several occasions proof thereof yet I am being badgered by an *********** company. They have also affected my credit rating by claiming payments have not been made and shows I am in arrears. Why can they simply not process it.
