Terrible and useless service

I have been trying since September to get some items cancelled on my Jet account and today alone i phoned 8 times with no help and empty promises. Now i want to get this sorted and a breakdown on the amount calculated and still no joy or anyone phoning me back. since Jet left Edcon and moved to RCS it has been a complete joke to work with them. you email nothing you phone you get cut off or put on hold till you put down. What is this a mickey mouse company
