Terrible Account Practice

********* Account practice. I received my account with balance due which I paid in full for both RCS and Makro. Over R10K each and they refuse to close the account as there apparently is interest due from Statement date to the time I paid which is ten days before the due date. I have also closed my Edgars and Ackermans the same way with no problem. Just a money making scheme, the more you pay the more they bill you. Told them to hand me over and I will see them in court. I have had my RCS account for over 10 years. Will never go back to them
