Struggling to get RCS to update the credit bureau report.
I had Cotton Card RCS due to some circumstances I couldn't keep up with payments and was handed to MBD. I paid the account i full by end March 2019 and have been requesting for the Credit Bureau report to be updated and nothing was done. I sent email on the 31st October still nothing. MBD sent me the settlement letter but my Credit Bureau report was last updated in 2018.
Can you please update the credit bureau because all that was due is paid up in March 2019.
