Struggling to get my name clear
I have paid up my Makro and a loan last year May 2020. Since then I have been trying to get hold of them to close and clear my name, but have had no luck. I don't know what to do more. I have send about 5 emails. The 1 response I got was for someone else not my info. What can I do?
