Struggles to settle and close the game rcs card

I am frustrated with RCS. I have settled my balanced and owe them 00.00. I wanted to settle my account, I was told to pay the full amount which I did pay. After that I was told that the card was blocked. I asked how? They couldn't even tell why or how. So we called them and they promised to call, which they never did. So I had come back the second time to GAME. I still did not get the issue sorted after holding the fone twice for over 2Hours. They again promised they will call me which theu never did. I came back again for the 3rd time, guess what?! Same response aftet holding the phone for over 2 hours again so I then told them to just close it. Guess what they can't coz its apparently blocked. Mind you this card occurs charges. How can I pay charges for a card I cant use nor can I close?? The RCS is very *********** and I regret opening it. I would never recommend anyone to open this card!
