Struggle to CLOSE RCS card AFTER settling it
I finally paid off my RCS card and wanted to close it. Its two months later and my account is still open and they charge me R80 each month just to have the account that they refuse to close. I've attempted multiple times via email and via Phone to close my account. They simply make the process so difficult or just don't respond or if they respond nothing actually happens.
If I had money I would sue them but what can I do? Please stay away from this company!!!
If anyone out there ever wanted a loan, please use anything other than RCS.
