Still waiting for the refund

On the 7th of September 2017 I got a settlement letter to settle a personal loan which I have with Sanlam.I asked the call agent if Sanlam account is listed as part of the public beneficiaries and he said yes.I went on the internet banking and selected the Sanlam Personal Loan account which automatically loaded the account details.I assumed the account numbers were correct. I then put my Sanlam Account number as the reference. After few days I called Sanlam to confirm the payment and they told me I have to wait for few days for them to allocate the money.I then decided to wait for them to call me which was a bad decision.Come month end the debit order went off......I was very annoyed and quickly went to reverse it as I thought the account was settled. I then decided to follow up on what happened to the money and Sanlam told me that the money never reached them. In digging further from my side I learned that I deposited the money into the RCS cards account and not Sanlam. Luckily RCS cards is also using the same bank that I am using,I went to the Branch and they confirmed that the money was with RCS and gave me proof. My bank also contacted RCS and sent them proof but still they did not refund.I have been following up weekly but all I get is that the query was sent to Direct Axis and they are still waiting. Its almost 2 months now and this is really frustrating me.Could you please help.
