Still receiving threatening calls and being harassed even though account gets paid.

I will never recommend this company to borrow money from. Customer service sucks and they just don't give a hoot even after 11 years of being a loyal customer. The account gets paid every month and they still have their puppy dog debt collectors MBD phoning me to try and pay the account through them. MBD keeps running up costs by phoning me even though the account gets paid because RCS owes them money and they are now trying to get me to pick up the tab. I never appointed MBD as my financial manager and you can forget it if you think I'm going to make payments via MBD. Are you actually trying to force me into more debt by harassing me. You are breaking the law and I am reporting you at the NCR
