Still no refund on my RCS Loan

Good day

On the 15th confirmation was given that all documents was received and send for refund on my RCS account. That was already paid up in full on the 31 Aug 2019. But I still kept paying after emails on emails and a phone bill of more then R860.00. I finally got an email to send documents for refund this was confirmed. I emailed asking amount that needs to be refunded and when this payment will reflect in my bank account. Still no feedback and they said between 7 days refund will reflect and still not even a confirmation of amount that has to be refunded.
