Still no refund

<p>I am still waiting for my refund that should have happened more then a month ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Now I am getting charged monthly account fees. This looks like a money making scheme to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I want to be refunded as soon as possible.</p> <p> </p> <p>And dont as me again for my documents, I have send it already.</p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore I was dealing with a teamleader Tasneem in the call center. I cannot get hold of her again, and I still have not recieved feedback. Is this the service that you want to give. As if no one cares. </p> <p> </p> <p>This account needs to closed. Closed as in yesterday. I do not want to be associated to a company that treats me like this.</p>
