<p>This is my annual rant about RCS and theor SPAM tactics.</p> <p> </p> <p>They spam through their partners and change suppliers to avoid being blamed for their ****.</p> <p>The company that spammed me last time has now closed and a "new" company at the same address has started spamming.</p> <p> </p> <p>RCS claim to be proud members of the DMA, but in reality they wipe their ass with the ETC act.</p>
