So dumb!!! And yet you are supposed to be professional!?!?!?

I app**** online for a Games store card, only to be taken through to RCS online application site. The application was provisionally approved, so then obviously there's going to be an entry on NCR because of this.

But the following day when I called the RCS to check or continue with the application, I was told that they will be closed the entire lockdown period!!! Then why even allow people to apply online if you won't render that service???? That page should have not been open for anyone to apply!!! I'm shoooooo irritated.
