Slow and terrible service (payment not allocated)

Hi,

I have paid R400 on 11/12/16 to see that I have nothing available to spend directly after being accepted to get an increase on my card, only to find that they have blocked my account because they never received my payment. I have since then been contacting RCS almost everyday. Spoken to team leaders and consultants and nobody can help me. They promise me it will take 5 working days to allocate the payment and after 5 days I will phone again and another 5 days to fix it is promised and still nothing. This is probably just to keep me quiet for the meantime. I have sent through my proof of payment on the 16th DECEMBER 2016 already and have still not heard anything. Nobody phones me back. Only to check on my statement today that I have an added R250 for interest and collection fees added to my account because of THEIR INCOMPETENCE!!!! Because my payment was never allocated and it takes more than a month to get absolutely nowhere.

I'm completely unsatisfied and very upset that I have not had good sufficient service from such a great big company. This is disgraceful.
