Slander, misconduct and theft

I initially obtained an RCS account through NWJ jewelers in order to purchase a wedding band for my now husband in 2014. I made a substantial purchase at NWJ where I received a call from RCS to confirm if this should be processed. I confirmed the purchase and that was that. I paid my monthly instalment without fail, I paid to the point of being in credit. In last month I treid to purchase a pair of earings as a gift for my best friend, the purchase was declined, I was under the impression it might be the card facility that had been faulty. I returned on three other occassions to make the purchase, yet the card was declined. I asked the store manager at NWJ to call RCS and find out what the issue was. She did this and told me that they have blocked my card in 2014 due to *****.... I was livered at this point. After I got married I did go instore (NWJ Tygervalley ) to change my name, and I was advised that all was in order, this was 2015. Now im being told that due to my name change and the substantial amount used in 2014, my card had been blocked.... no one bothered to contact me via phone or email to tell me about the block at the time, and why block it if I gave confirmation to start with? Yet every month I made payment, there were no issues. But nowbim being accused of *****????? This block had still not been removed from my card and I had to puchase somewhere else cash due to this. I am not even able to claim the excess I paid to the account back. The consultant at RCS was extremely rude, *********** and could hardly speak english. She made the feeble excuse that they did try and call me, yet the did ask me to confirm my email address, and when asked why they didnt mail me, she became rude again.
