Sh*tty service and sudden hidden costs just stay away

Den of ******* the lot of them. I took an emergency loan, While making the application the lady assisting me never mentioned an initiation fee of over R1K that supposedly needs to be paid upfront (I mean what) I get a bill for over R2000 to be paid as my first instalment.

RCS debited my account but it's not the correct amount as reflected on their statement. I now have to constantly call to get the rectified so I don't fall in arrears.

Myh opinion stay away from RCS firstly they have a bunch of hidden costs that they don't tell you about dropping you in the Sh*t.

I FEEL LIKE THEIR SERVICE IS ********* AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I am waiting for as team leader to finish their supposed meeting for feedback on how to rectify this major mess they caused
