Shocking Service - RCS and Edgars

RCS have taken over Edgars and they are now charging R30 service fee per month on all accounts. Between the Executors of my late husband's estate and myself we are not making any progress with getting his account closed and RCS is still deducting R30 per month service fee. The process to get the account closed and the credit balance paid into the Estate Late bank account is virtually impossible
