Shocking Service from RCS in sorting out Accounts

Good day I would just like to let you know in advance that after many failed attempts (2 months), of tying to sort out my girlfriends account, i will now be taking it further to the ombudsman. Maybe they will be able to help me sort out this account and see that you guys are *****ing money from people!!!!!
