Shocking, *** horrible service

Absolutely shocking,

Called twice. Been on hold for 50min per call and guess what, the line drops?!!!

No customer service skills and definitely don’t put their customers first.

All I wanted to do was to close my account since I paid it up, requested this closure 3 times and the account is still active!!!!!!!!

What ******* service is this?

Where did rcs customer service staff get training?

The management is absolutely poor, not interested in speaking to a customer??????

I’m at my wits end with this business,

PEOPLE DONT EVER GET INVOLVED WITH RCS, ******* business.
