Shining star at RCS!!!

After issues with logging in to my RCS app, I was eventually assisted by Zahir Mahomed who worked with me to resolve the problem. Zahir Mahomed is an awesome member of the RCS team who managed to completely change my perception of the company. I really would like to draw attention to the fact that were it not for the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE I received from Zahir, I would have closed my RCS account and would probably have maintained my very negative impression of the company. Well done Zahir!! And thank you very much for going above and beyond to help me!!
