RE: Edgars account I received a statement with payment date 1 January 2024 reflecting a Current balance of R217.94 On 23 December 2023 I made a payment of R217.94 On 8 January 2024 I received a statement (see below) with an outstanding amount of R0.23 which I ignored. Yesterday 6 February I received an SMS threatening me with the Credit Bureau. I must pay R10.00 to cover the R0.23. I wanted an explanation regarding the R0.23 on my statement The above was communicated on 7 February telephonically as well as by email. No reply on communication. Friday 9 February I made a cash payment of R0.30. Only received an email stating a zero balance. No apology for their *********** accounting or lack of communication.
