settling account
i called to settle my account in June...they kept debiting from my account even after i made a payment. I came and complained about them here because they kept giving me tglhe run around. things were sorted as i got a closure letter on the 18th of Aug. but now i keep recievings texts telling me im in arrears and when i called them its apperent financial costs!!!how is that possible if the account is supposed to be closed????
