Settlement paid still showing outstanding on ITC

You sent me a settlement last year and I paid the full amount in enough time as per settlement. On my ITC it shows an amount still outstanding.

Pls tell me how this is possible when I asked for a full settlement and paid the full amount. How can I still owe. Pls remove this immediately off your records And update it with the credit bureaus respectfully.
