Settlement amount

Good day<br> <br> Last week I mailed RCS to ask for my settlement amount on my Game account so I can settle my account.<br> <br> On the 14th of August 2015 I received my settlement letter stating that my settlement amount is R5 568.57 and is valid until 18th of August 2015. The letter was signed by Noreen Kolbe, Contact Centre Manager, on a letterhead of RCS with all my details.<br> <br> I then payed the amount and mailed them the proof of payment, settlement amount letter and my I.d.<br> <br> I then phoned RCS this morning asking if my account was settled and did they receive the payment only then to find out that they made a mistake with my settlement letter with the amount and that I need to pay the rest.<br> <br> This is unacceptable to me, they send me a letter SIGNED in full by Noreen Kolbe presenting RCS on a RCS letterhead saying that the amount to be settled is R5 568.57 and then it was paid.<br> <br> I demand answers and I am going to take this as high as possible as an error like this is unacceptable as they made the mistake!!
