Settlement
Last month i settled my account with RCS, my card had a negative balance which was more than the settlement amount. I phoned in and asked that it be settled, i was told that it would take approximately 30 days and that I will not incur any charges on the card because I have asked for the account to be closed. To my surprise I now owe money on the account. Please assist in investigating this matter and close the account.
