SETTLED THE LOAN AND STILL RECEIVED A STATEMENT WITH AN AMOUNT. WHAT IS THIS???????

The best moment in ones time is to settle a loan that is hanging on his back. I settled my loan with RCS on the 18th of June 2018 and received a paid up letter on the 21st of June. I was happy to see no debit at the end of that month, because I have seen complains on HelloPeter of people being debited even after they have settled their loans way before their debit dates. So I was finally done with RCS. Today, 16 July 2018, I received a statement showing that I should pay an amount of R544.51 that says it is a monthly payment. This is unfair as I have settled this loan. To me settlement means I do not owe you anything anymore, and I have a paid up letter to prove that.

I sent an email to get clarity on this and tried to call but was put on hold forever.

What is going on here.
