settled account

In August 2014 I took out a loan of R45000. From Sep tot Dec 2014 I paid every instalment. In Jan 2015 I phone RCS and got my settlement quote R44903 valid for a week. The agent told me it was to late to reverse the Jan debit order if I settle my account and that I should reverse it . I settled my account in the given time frame and reversed my debit order. Got a phone call from RCS and were told they would email my settlement certificate. Nothing for 2 months and then suddenly I got a phone call that said I still owe them money. After i kindly explained everything they said they would get back to me. I phone again after RCS took money from my account and again I was told they would get back to me. After several phonecalls this promise was made by several and yet again this month I received a sms that they are going to hand me over!!!!<br> <br> THis is extremely bad service they never rep**** on one of the 7 emails I sent!!! <br> <br> And I have tried using the number they have given to all the complaints on hellopeter but its impossible to get through!!!!
