Servive charges

<p>Game stores continues to charge service fees every month even if account it paid up in full. i paid my account in full a while back. still get charge a monthly service fee. the dont want to credit it. i made a new purchase of 2300+/- on 18 november 2016., i get n reminder to pay may bill. but whats due is a service fee. even though i didnt have anything outanding on my account. when i threaten to close my account. the to happy to exept. they cant resolve the issure. how can they charge me service fees and stuff when i had nothing owing on my account</p>
