*****ED IN THE LOOPHOLE

My account with RCS has been overdue for some time, my balance in February was roughly R 3500, and on the 15th of March i paid R 3300. I recently did a follow up to see if my account details have been updated only to find that my account had been handed over to MBDCS (debt collectors) on the 15th of March, the day on which i made payment<br> My problem is:<br> 1. I am now being charged a collection fee (Roughly R600) by a debt collector who hasn't done any debt collection. <br> 2. No one at RCS has any answers on why my account was handed over after i had made a payment.<br> 3. The agent at MBDCS (Susan) kept on shouting at me instead of answering my questions and explaining to me how their processes work...and yes, i hung up on her.<br> <br>
