I have settled my account with them, and they owe me credit. I have called the contact centre and sent emails since the end of February 2020, I then received an email stating that they cannot see my last payment, but they sent me a statement during the month of March showing that they owe me. In the 3months bank statement you sent, the R356.70 payment made on the 24 February 2020 and the R6021.03 on the 28 February 2020, does not appear. Please send through the correct bank statement so that we can you refund you.
