Sanlam Money Saver Credit / RCSGroup

I got called in December and offered a Sanlam Money saver credit card facility, by an RCSGroup representative. I took the offer, I then received two credit cards with the same balance. I didn't query this, I activated and used one of the cards shortly after and forgot about it. Now I tried using it again recently, I find that it's been blocked. My account has been debited for both cards. I called customer service today, initially the agent told me that it was a glitch on their side and that I should have received only one card. She then told me the initial fees debited on the other card will be reimbursed. I asked if the one card I was already using can be used, she said it's blocked as well but should be unblocked after an hour. I waited and called back to check. The second agent then told me there were several double cards issued to customers in December and the issue is under investigation. I will be notified when it's resolved. This is just unbelievable, I was not notified on this investigation to begin with and I planned my budget around the use of the card. She didn't even give an indication of when this matter will be resolved. A matter that has been investigated since December. This is incredibly inconvenient.
