Rude, unhelpful agent.

Just called the Call Centre, and after having to hold for so long, I get a response from a rude agent named Asanda... She took my ID and cellphone number, put me on hold and then hung up without even assisting me. I am using my cellphone to call and made sure I had enough airtime. Now this is not a cheap call, plus my time has been wasted!
