RUDE RCS AGENTS!

Ill-informed staff at RCS call you to ask for payments on accounts you’ve already made and on top of that they are rude. I spoke to a very rude gentleman by the name of Jody, who not only demanded I make full payment on an account, but hung up on me after I told him a lady I spoke to from RCS advised me on the amount I should pay. Builders Warehouse should look into this. We cannot be harassed by RCS employers who have no decorum and treat customers poorly. Unfortunately it reflects on Builders Warehouse yet I always get great service in store. Disgusting behaviour from a service provider.
