Rude and *********** RCS

I've received a settlement from RCS in October 2023 and paid it to get them of my back. After sending proof of payment and telephonic conversations didn't recieve any feedback. End of October no payment went down so I assumed that this loan was closed. Come en November 2023 they take a debit order again. After phoning them they told me there is another odd 1000 something outstanding. Please do not fall in the trap by taking out a RCS product. You will pay forever! This is the worst service ever received from a company, not even the government service is this bad! Rude and arrogant operators! I'm canceling the debicheck right now!
