RSC statement required urgently

Not sure how hard it is to get a statement I have been calling in for 3 weeks now. Getting put through to another department and holding on for a long time. This is so rediculous to deal with. Not all of us have the convenience on waiting on the phone line for hours.

Can I get some assistance??
