Rsc Makro card App activation

I have a matter that they activate my card which was blocked for no reason. I waited 24 -48 hours still nothing. I enquired about debit order and in less than an hour it was attended to, when i asked they said they are short staffed but when it to debit orders theres enough people to do activations.

Reactivate my app so that i can see what i owe so i cannot pay a Ghost account.
