Wow the manner your agents help customers is definitely not on, made a call today at about 15h11 spoke to Zinhle did not get her surname or references number for the call, she is rude, no telephone etiquette she spoke over me and no remorse whatsoever. Service is bull. I have a ***** case which I reported last week still no feedback on it as well.
