Rsc /Game payment issues

I have a RCS Game account. Which I've had ups and downs with for many months but this month is ridiculous. I finally managed to get my account unlocked after paying for it months and months it took them over a month to say they have received my 3 payslips and unblock my account after I was unemployed 2 years ago. So I kept phoning and wasting my money and eventually they called me after I withheld my June payment when they said my account would be unblocked I paid them 200 and it was unblocked then when payday in June came I paid them R300 even though it said I only owed R180 I wanted to pay more to try pay it off. I then got an sms in the beginning of July saying I hadn't paid. Phoned them got asked to send pop and I did got an email stating they got it. And would respond to me in 48 hours. 4 days later I got another sms saying my account is closed cause I haven't paid and I owe them R455. I was mad I phoned them again and sat on the phone for 30 minutes while they tried to find the email I sent and then proceeded to tell me they didn't get it and I needed to send it again. How can they say they didn't receive it when I got an email saying they did. Anyway so I sent it again. And while on the phone I asked the lady to check. I sat for 10 minutes waiting and she never came back I finally put down the phone. I should charge them for having spent so much time on the phone with them. Then I get an sms saying thank you for your payment but you short paid us R455... The same amount that I owed them before the payment.I didn't short pay them they just have people that don't know how to do there job. Now I have to pay them that and my excessive phone bill. And they charge you if they have to phone you so why can't I charge them when I have to phone them to do there job properly. I'm really mad with the way they treat there loyal customers
