RSC customer service does not exist!!!

I have been battling with RCS to get my name cleared and taken off the credit bureau since January 2023, when my account was paid up in full. I would get calls from lawyers demanding that I pay the outstanding amount, even though I didn't owe RCS anything. When I would call the call centre the consultants would be extremely rude, also demanding that I pay the outstanding amount.

In June they finally cleared my account and they promised that my name would be cleared from the credit bureau within 21 days, which is how long it normally takes. So I decided to give them the time they needed to clear my name. I waited the whole of July, but nothing has been done. My credit score is low because of this account that has not been cleared. It is August, so I have been having problems with RCS to do their work. I have paid up my account, but they are not doing their part. This is the absolute worst company, and I will not advise anyone to use their services. I am not willing to wait any longer. I need my name to be removed from the credit bureau by RCS. I am very tired of having to fight to get anything done by them. Please clear my name. So this account will not effect my credit score any longer. I do not owe anything on this account. So I do not understand why my credit score must be negatively affected because someone is not doing their work.
