RSC BUILDERS CARD PAYMENT
Pathetic service I have a credit cadit card with RCS builders for years never battled to pay my installment. Went to two different stores couldn't make payment as their system was offline. On the statement there's an option to pay directly to their account as the OZOW link from Capitec was removed from their link. Paid the funds directly to their account on the 1st of April and sent proof of payment till today they have not allocated funds into my account. Then you must deal with rude collections department that don't Wana Hear nothing just make an arrangement. Spoke to Yonela,Lloyd,Roben and Zikhona consultants who couldn't assist with nothing till today I'm waiting for the manager Kaashif James to call me,still nothing. Bad service honestly
