RSC ACCOUNT PAALYMENT

I keep getting calls ans messages from RCS saying i owe money on my Game Account that was pain 29 December 2023. Evertime the consultant say thet will make note and rectify the account. Then i get called again 2 days later and receive sms saying that the same amou t is due and i need to make payme then i tell the consultand payment was made on 29 Dec 2023 the proof of payme t has been emaild to RCS 3 times already yet my account still shows that im i arrears and i keep getting contacted to pay the money that was already paid. I contacted game with this issue and they said RSC handle the account and that will gladly assist me with this issue.

Yeah right everytime i speak to RCS they say they will make note and update my account but seems like everyone working there has no brain to do their work properly otherwise why do i still keep getting calls amnd messages saying my accou lnt is in arears. Im truly fedup with this **** now. I think i will proceed this matter to my attorney to sort out.
