It's been 2 weeks that RCS said that they will sort out my account at Game I have paid them in full and they still debited my wife's account they have ****** money from me please return my money RCS

The above matter refers.
Kindly be advised that rcs debited my account despite my account being paid in full. As such a refund in the sum of R345.60 is due and owing to me. Please advise when this will be received.
if no response is received before close of business on 18 june 2021 i will proceed to refer this matter to the national consumer tribunal as well as the financial services ombudsman.
a complaint was also reported in this regard on hello peter and yet this matter has not received your attention to date.
i await your urgent responses.
Please also note I would like RCS to cover the charges for debitting my account ********ly and also pay me interest on the 2 weeks that they have borrowed my money
