RIDICULOUS! PATHETIC SERVICE FOLLOW THROUGH! NO ANSWER ON PHONE LINES!

RIDICULOUS!!!!! This company does not answer their phones, makes promises to follow through and noone calls, offers products an you wait for a month with no information!!! I wonder if they get commission from the phone companies as I wait 22-25minutes for a department without answer, imagine the time and money wasted!!! I have tried calling collections as they always answer quickly but the woman just says she is unable to assist repetitively, i call other lines for applications they answer but can't assist, no call back option, its a joke!!!! shocking !!!! make sure if you join RCS that you have thousands of free minutes! very inefficient!! Just miss one payment they call you all the time and email, lol whatever RCS!!! You customer after sales service is an absolute joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
