Ridiculous

I used by RCS card at Pic n Pay on William Nicol Drive. The cashier swiped my card and I received a confirmation SMS that the money was taken out of my account. However, Pick n Pay system said that the transaction was not processed. The call centre said that the RCS system has been down for the last 4 days!! I received no notification not to use my RCS card - how was I suppose to know that I cannot use my card!!??<br> <br> I want the transaction reversed immediately as RCS is obviously aware that there is a problem - how can they even let the money be taken out of my account!!??
