reversing ********** transaction without a sim swap report

I have written a similar review about Vodacom, as this is actually covering both RCS and Vodacom To simplify this as much as possible: There was a SIM swap done on my prepaid Vodacom cell no In the period before I could swap my own number back (12 or so hours) the ********* made 2 purchases on my Makro (read RCS) card RCS actually picked up on this, and sent me a SMS the next day, saying they suspect ********** activity on my card and closed the card (sorry already too much detail) BUTT I am now in the process to try and proof to RCS that the transactions, they picked up themselves, are in fact ********** as they suspected In order to do this, I must provide proof of the fact that my SIM card was swapped. The only proof I have is the SMS Vodacom sent me, but this is not proof to RCS Furthermore, I have provided proof that (according to Vodacom) such a report can not be provided on a prepaid number My problem with RCS, now, is that what else can I try and do!! I can't provided a sim swap report, yet no matter how you explain and what else you try to get to a solution, you get one line back "please provide us with a sim swap report" This sounds like a bot, but I think it is humans, as they all sound differently, but I suppose on the laminated paper in front of them, the only option is to ask for a "sim swap report" My hope is to reach someone at RCS that can offer some other solution, as we have now well and truly established said "sim swap report" does not exist I am now going to loose R23 000 over (what I think) a very stupid oversight? Surely there must be some way of getting over this hurdle?
